This potential was already discovered by the inhabitants in acient times during the occupation of the Roman Empire. The area has a lot to offer, however falls out of the main tourist routes, giving it a magical touch of rurality and calmness. We are going to focus mainly on the local specialities, the full bodied red wines and the honeysweet dessert wines. Small structured vineyards lead to an exciting environment of small, family-run wineries which „hand craft“ the high quailty beverages.

Our expert guide will take you to 2-3 wineries where you will taste up to 12 wines. You will be guided through the tastings, be taught how to describe a wine and at the end of the tour, you will feel like a real wine expert.
